The Company received notification on 20 August 2020 that Andrew Law, Commercial Director and deemed a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), acquired 78,928 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.97p per Ordinary Share on 20 August 2020. Following this acquisition, Mr Law has an interest in 153,019 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.23 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
