Director's Dealing and Shareholding
Nostra Terra (AIM:NTOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of assets in the USA and Egypt, announces that Mr Matt Lofgran, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, performed the following share purchase transaction.
On 13 August 2019, Mr Lofgran purchased 550,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Lofgran's total beneficial interest in the issued Ordinary Share capital is 6,525,976 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 3.31% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
