Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), the oil & gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of development and production assets in Texas, USA, announces that Andy Morrison, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, has resigned from its Board of Directors with immediate effect.
Steve Staley, an existing Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed Chairman of the Board with immediate effect.
