Board Change

Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), the international oil & gas exploration and production company with development and production assets in Texas, USA, announces that, as of 1 January 2025, John Stafford, Non-Executive Director, has retired from the Company and stepped down from the Board of Nostra Terra.

Paul Welch, Nostra Terra's Chief Executive Officer, said:

"Since joining the Company in 2017, John has made a significant contribution, particularly deploying his deep technical experience on the Pine Mill's opportunity and, more recently, the 3D seismic evaluation and identification of new potential prospects in the field. On behalf of everyone at NTOG, I thank him for his hard work over the years and wish him the very best for the future."
