Northgate PLC14 November 2006 14 November 2006 Northgate plc Board Changes It is with deep regret that Northgate plc, the leading commercial vehicle hirecompany in the UK and Spain, announces that its Chairman, Mr Martin Ballinger,has advised that he wishes to retire from the Board on the grounds of ill healthwith immediate effect. Under Martin's Chairmanship Northgate has continued to grow strongly and hisleadership and personal contribution will be greatly missed. Philip Rogerson, Senior Independent Director will take over as Chairman witheffect from today on a temporary basis.
