Directors' disclosure

The Company has been notified that Mr John RG Hunter, former Director, has disposed

of 600,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p ("Ordinary Shares") to Mr K.B. Nilsson. 500,000 shares were disposed at 27 pence per share and 100,000 shares were disposed at 30 pence per share. The disposal represents 2.2 per cent of the current issued Ordinary Shares. Following this sale Mr Hunter now holds 2,550,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.5 per cent of the issued Ordinary Shares and Mr K.B. Nilsson now holds 5,150,000 Ordinary Shares representing 19.3 per cent of the issued Ordinary Shares.
