Norish PLC11 April 2008 Norish plc ("Norish" or the "Company") 11 April 2008 Free Share Dealing Service Norish is pleased to announce that it is offering a free share dealing servicethrough Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Limited ("Computershare") forthose shareholders holding up to 10,000 shares that are listed on the share register. Norish welcomes all investors, regardless of the number of units of stock theyhold. However, we are aware that some holders of a small number of units ofstock may not wish to retain their investment, but, find it inconvenient or uneconomic to sell their stock at commercial dealing rates. The intention is that the free share dealing service will allow shareholders tosell their stock by using this simple and cost free service. The documentationdetailing the service will be sent to all shareholders the week commencing 14 April 2008. Shares will be sold every two weeks, on a Wednesday, upon receipt of thecompleted documentation and share certificate. It will not be possible foreither the Company or Computershare to specify the sale price if a shareholderintends to avail of the service. The free share dealing facility will be madeavailable until 31 December 2008. The Directors are not in any way seeking to advise you to sell any stock, butmerely offering you the opportunity of taking advantage of this Serviceprovided by Computershare.
