Notification of Holding

Today 10 December 2015, Norish announced the approval by shareholders of a Placing to raise gross proceeds of £5.1 million in aggregate.

As part of the Placing 2,222,222 new ordinary shares will be issued at the Placing price of £0.45 per share to funds managed by Miton plc, whose aggregate 14.2% holdings of the Company's shares as of 8 December 2015 classify them as a substantial shareholder. Following the Placing their aggregate holding is 16.3%.

The Directors consider, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser that the terms of the share issue to those funds are fair and reasonable as far as the shareholders are concerned.
