Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

On 2 March 2016, the Company published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority (the "Supplementary Prospectus") in connection with the publication of NSF's preliminary results for the period from incorporation (8 July 2014) to 31 December 2015.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus published by the Company dated 7 December 2016, (together with the Supplementary Prospectus, the "Prospectus").

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus and the preliminary results will shortly be available from the Company's registered office at 5th Floor, 6 St Andrew Street, London, EC4A 3AE and online at www.nonstandardfinance.com.

An electronic copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and should be available for inspection shortly, alongside the published preliminary results, at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
