The Company was today informed that Nick Teunon, Chief Financial Officer of the Group, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 17.4 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Nick Teunon and his immediate family hold an interest in 127,980 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
