Shareholder Conference Call Recording and Highlights

North River, the AIM quoted resource company focused on the Namib Lead-Zinc Mine in Namibia, announces that a recording of the previously announced Shareholder Conference Call, held at 9.00 a.m. yesterday is now available to download on the Company's website at: www.northriverresources.com. During the conference call, James Beams, Managing Director, and Brett Richards, Non-Executive Director, answered a range of questions submitted by shareholders in respect of the Company's strategy and upcoming developments for 2015.

No material new price sensitive information was disseminated on the conference call, however the Directors would like to highlight the following points:

· Engagement with the Namibian mining authorities is on-going and progressing positively in respect to the Company's Mining Licence application for the Namib Lead Zinc Mine

· During Q1 2015, the Board and management team has been dedicated to planning and recruiting experienced personnel for the mine construction phase, which will commence on receipt of the Mining Licence, and the optimisation of the Definitive Feasibility Study to ensure that the Company has the most technically robust solution for the asset

· The Company is committed to keeping costs low and structured while it awaits the Mining Licence and has successfully decreased overheads by over 15% since the corporate re-structuring

· Planning for mine construction and production is the Board's primary near term objective. The programme to expand the current JORC resource of 1.25Mt at the Project continues as a priority for the Company, with drilling increasing from current levels in H2 2015 following completion of necessary underground exploration development work

· The estimated capital requirements for the Project remain broadly in line with the Definitive Feasibility Study, and the Company is assessing funding options and optimal structure on this basis

· Dominic Claridge has been appointed as the Company's Business Officer to assess opportunities in Namibia, in an effort to support and advance the Company's vision that Namib will be the first phase of a longer term strategy in the country
