Additional Listing

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market "AIM" of the London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing facility of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the rules of The Company's Share Option Scheme.

These shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rules allow following vesting and orderly exercise.
