At the 96th annual general meeting of shareholders of Naspers held on Friday 27 August 2010, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting. The special resolutions willΒ be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
Following the approval by shareholders of the ordinary dividend of 235 cents per N ordinary share and 47 cents per unlisted A ordinary share, shareholders are reminded of the following salient dates:
