New CFO

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (the "Company" or "Nostrum") announces that Nostrum Oil & Gas B.V., a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a service agreement with Yelena Zhuravleva, who will serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective today, reporting to the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

Petro Mychalkiw, who joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer on 21 August 2023, stepped down from that position on 16 September 2025 by mutual agreement with the Company.

Viktor Gladun, Nostrum's Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"I would like to extend a warm welcome to Yelena as she assumes the CFO position at Nostrum."
