Board change
Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today announces that its Board of Directors has designated Kaat Van Hecke, a Nostrum director, as an independent non-executive director of the Company effective 10 September 2020.
The Company will make further Board announcements as appropriate.
