North Midland Construction PLC14 December 2007 North Midland Construction plc Trading Update 14 September 2007 North Midland Construction provides the following trading update in respect ofthe year ending 31 December 2007. At the interims, the Company reported that the results for the full year wouldbe below initial expectations following problems on two contracts. Since then,the Company has experienced further losses on two contracts within the civilengineering division. The final outcome of these contracts is uncertain, but theproblems are isolated and non-recurring. As a result, the outcome for the fullyear is now expected to deliver a profit below management expectations. The final results for the year ending 31 December 2007 are expected to beannounced in March 2008.
