London, 20 July 2017: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading integrated healthcare provider operating across the United Arab Emirates announces that it received notification today from Mr Jonathan Bomford, the Senior Independent Director of the Company, that on 20 July 2017 he purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2,254p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bomford has an interest over a total of 18,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
