London, 24 November 2017: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading integrated private healthcare network operator in the GCC and one of the leading global providers of fertility treatments through its European, South American and Middle Eastern subsidiaries, announces that it received notification today from Lord Clanwilliam, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, that on 20 and 21 November 2017 he purchased a total of 3,660 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 2,751.05p per share.
Following this transaction, Lord Clanwilliam has an interest over a total of 3,660 Shares, representing approximately 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.
