London, 8 February 2018: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading United Arab Emirates private healthcare operator with international services across 13 countries, announces that on 6 February 2018, a trust of which Mr. Henry James Mark Tompkins (an Independent Non-Executive Director and Joint Chairman of the Company) is a beneficiary, purchased a total of 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 3192 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Tompkins has an interest over a total of 56,083 shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
