NLMK Board of Directors recommends dividends for Q2 2020
NLMK Group's Board of Directors recommended NLMK shareholders to approve Q2'20 dividend in the amount of RUB 4.75 per share at the Extraordinary General Shareholder Meeting (EGM) which will be held on 25 September 2020.
The Board of Directors also recommended that shareholders set the date upon which the shareholders entitled to Q2'20 dividends will be determined as 12 October 2020.
The list of persons entitled to participate at the EGM will be compiled as of 31 August 2020.
