29 March 2005 ADVICE IN ADVANCE OF RELEASE OF ANNUAL RESULTSNelson Resources Limited (TSX / AIM: NLG) announces prior to the release this Thursday 31 March 2005 of its results for the year ended 31 December 2004 that its revenue, operating profit and operating cash flow will generally be in line with current market expectations (analysts' estimates). However, due to certain non-cash items being expensed and a higher effective tax rate, the Company's net income after tax and earnings per share will be materially below market expectations.The Company will file its full results for the year ended 31 December 2004 before close of business in Toronto, and at the equivalent UK time, on Thursday 31 March 2005. The presentation to analysts and conference call will now be held on Monday 4 April 2005. The presentation will take place in the Gold Room, No. 1 Cornhill, London, EC3A 3ND, at 9:30am BST.
