Announcement of envisaged Tier 2 subordinated notes issuance
Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Stock Exchange and applicable legislation Nova Ljubljanska banka, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notice:
NLB d.d. has mandated UBS Investment Bank together with NLB d.d. to organise issuance of Tier 2 subordinated notes maturing in 10 years and callable after 5 years, subject to market conditions, which will be offered to eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the United States of America. No action will be taken to permit a public offer of the notes in any jurisdiction.
