Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 25 May 2023 that Liz McMeikan, Non-Executive Chair, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 May 2023, at a price of 983 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transactions, Liz McMeikan's interest in the Company is 3,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.008% of the issued share capital.
