ISSUE OF OPTIONS
On 4 July 2008 Norseman Gold Plc (the "Company") granted 100,000 options over shares in the Company exercisable from the first anniversary of the date of grant at a price of 50 pence per share to an employee of Central Norseman Gold Corporation Limited, the Company's principal operating subsidiary.
Following this grant, the Company has in existence a total of 1,350,000 options exercisable at various dates from 30 August 2008 at a price of 50 pence per shares which have been granted to various employees of the Company or its operating subsidiary.
