Directors' Shareholdings

Norseman Gold Plc ("Norseman" or "Company") has today announced an increase in the interests of Tulla Resources Group Pty Ltd and associated companies. These companies are controlled by Kevin Maloney, Chairman of Norseman, and as such his beneficial interest in the Company now stands at 290,645,083 ordinary shares, representing 26.02 per cent. of the issued share capital. The increase represents the settlement of the underwriting agreement pursuant to the placing and conversion of loans and outstanding creditor amounts as approved by shareholders in Norseman on 23 August 2012.

The interest in the Company of David Steinepreis has also increased by 10,000,000 ordinary shares following the conversion of debt and outstanding creditor amounts. As a result David Steinepreis is now interested in 21,817,185 ordinary shares in Norseman, representing 1.95 per cent. of the issued share capital.

The total ordinary shares in issue are confirmed as 1,117,202,223
