Strengthens Board and Technical Capability with Senior Appointments
New Frontier Minerals Ltd (LSE and ASX: NFM) is pleased to announce the appointment of two highly credential industry professionals, including the retention of the technical and corporate services of Mr. Kevin Das to support the Company's next phase of growth across its critical minerals and copper portfolio.
Highlights:
· The Company retains the technical and corporate services of senior consultant Kevin Das, a highly experienced geologist and mining executive with 24+ years across global jurisdictions
· Joel Logan appointed as Executive Director, strengthening operation oversight on the Company's projects
· Appointments support NFM's objective to accelerate exploration, expand resource definition, and enhance long-term value creation
NFM retains the technical and corporate services of Kevin Das
Mr. Kevin Das is a highly respected geologist and seasoned mining executive with more than 24 years of experience across technical, operational and corporate roles in multiple global mining jurisdictions. Kevin brings extensive expertise across discovery, project development, strategic investment and corporate growth. In 2016, he founded the ARD Group, a resource-focused investment and acquisition group, following his key role in the Browns Range rare earth discoveries with Northern Minerals Ltd. Kevin's depth of experience in critical minerals exploration, project strategy, commercial structuring and capital markets will provide NFM with significant technical and corporate capability as the Company advances its flagship Harts Range Heavy Rare Earth and NW Queensland Copper Projects. As a substantial shareholder of NFM, Kevin's objectives are fully aligned with all NFM shareholders, and he is driven to maximize investor returns.
Appointment of Joel Logan as Executive Director
Joel is a geologist with hands-on experience working on major projects with BHP and Azure Minerals, covering large-scale exploration, discovery programs and early-stage project evaluation. He holds degrees from the University of Adelaide and Curtin University, combining strong technical acumen with a well-developed understanding of the corporate and economic drivers of modern mining ventures.
Joel has been closely involved with NFM's exploration activities to date and will continue to play a key leadership role in operational oversight and execution. Refer to Appendix 1 for the material terms of Mr Logan's Executive Services Agreement.

About New Frontier Minerals
New Frontier Minerals Limited is an Australian-based focussed explorer, with a strategy to develop multi-commodity assets that demonstrate future potential as an economic mining operation. Through the application of disciplined and structured exploration, New Frontier has identified assets deemed core and is actively progressing these interests up the value curve. Current focus will be on advancing exploration activity at the Harts Range Niobium, Uranium and Heavy Rare Earths Project which is circa 140km north-east from Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. Appendix 1
Material terms of Executive Services Agreement - Joel Logan
Title | Executive Director (Executive) |
Term | The Executive's employment is to commence on 3 December 2025 (Commencement Date) and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions for termination hereinafter (Term). |
Termination - By the Company | By notice - at any time during the Term by giving not less than 1 months' written notice to the Executive. Fo illness - at any time during the Term by giving not less than 1 months' written notice to the Executive. Immediate - At any time in writing, immediately upon standard material breached of the Executive Services Agreement (Agreement). |
Termination - By the Executive Director | By notice - at any time during the Term by giving not less than 3 months' written notice to the Company. Immediate - By giving notice if at any time the Company is in breach of a material term of the Agreement. |
Remuneration | $180,000 per year (inclusive of statutory superannuation) |
Incentive plan | The Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company's short-term and long-term incentive plans, subject to Board discretion and the receipt of all necessary shareholder approvals |
