NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company announces that on Friday 9 October 2020 Richard Eyre CBE, Chairman of the Company and person discharging managerial responsibility (‘PDMR’), purchased 5,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of £4.9211 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Eyre is interested in a total of 120,000 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in the Company, representing approximately 0.13% of the Company’s issued share capital.
