NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company announces that on Thursday 5 November 2020 Penny Ladkin-Brand, a Non-executive Director of the Company and person discharging managerial responsibility (‘PDMR’), purchased 65,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of £4.50 per share.
Following this transaction, Penny is interested in a total of 85,118 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in the Company, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company’s issued share capital.
