Next Fifteen Communications Group plc ('Next 15' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Robyn Perriss to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director, member of the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee with effect from 12 November 2020. Robyn will become Chair of the Audit Committee from 1 February 2021 and will stand for election by shareholders at the next General Meeting in June 2021.
Robyn has significant experience in both the technology and media industries, having served as Finance Director at Rightmove plc, the UK’s largest property portal until 30 June 2020. Robyn previously held senior roles at Rightmove including as Financial Controller and Company Secretary. Before joining Rightmove, Robyn was Group Financial Controller at Auto Trader, another media sector disruptor. Robyn joined Softcat plc, a leading provider of IT infrastructure to the corporate and public sectors, as an Independent Non-executive Director in July 2019. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa with KPMG and worked in both audit and transaction services.
