Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 48,035 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
The Ordinary Shares are expected to be issued as consideration for the acquisition the Company of certain growth shares from management in connection with the ODD London Limited ‘growth share' management equity incentive plan noted in the Company's financial statements for the period ending 31 January 2020.
The new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 25 March 2022.
Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 97,364,180 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
