Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 154,700 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
An application has been made in respect of Ordinary Shares to be issued as part of the deferred consideration payable under the terms of the acquisition by Next 15 of the entire issued share capital of Shopper Media Group Limited, having been announced on 9 April 2021.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 12 May 2022
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 97,960,557 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
