Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 40 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM. The application has been made in respect of an application made on 5 August 2021 for 24,725 Ordinary Shares, issued as part of the deferred consideration payable under the terms of the acquisition by Next 15 of the entire issued share capital of Market Making Limited on 7 June 2019. These additional shares applied for are to rectify an error in the number of shares listed in the original application, which should have been 24,765 Ordinary Shares.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 8 September 2021.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 92,754,113 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
