Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 11,156 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM. The application has been made in respect of Ordinary Shares to be issued as part of the consideration payable under the terms of the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Cubaka Limited on 31 March 2022.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 7 April 2022.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 97,375,336 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
