Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 33,275 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (āOrdinary Sharesā) to be admitted to AIM.
The Ordinary Shares are expected to be issued for the acquisition by the Company of certain growth shares from management under the M Booth 2014 Equity Incentive Plan noted in the Company's financial statements for the period ending 31 January 2020.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 29 July 2020.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 90,639,247 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
