Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 99,772 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
The Ordinary Shares are expected to be issued as consideration for the acquisition by a subsidiary of the Company of certain growth shares from management in connection with the BYND LLC and BYND Limited (together the Beyond Group) 'growth share' management equity incentive plan noted in the Company's financial statements for the period ending 31 January 2020
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 16 November 2020.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 90,971,459 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
