Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 90,417 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
The Ordinary Shares are expected to be issued as consideration for the acquisition by the Company of certain growth shares from management under The OutCast Agency LLC Equity Incentive Plan noted in the Company’s financial statements for period ending 31 January 2020.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 23 October 2020.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 90,769,910 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
