Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 22,349 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM. The application has been made in respect of Ordinary Shares to be issued as part of the deferred consideration payable under the terms of the acquisition by Next 15 of the entire issued share capital of To This Day Limited and its subsidiary Marlin PR Limited on 31 October 2020.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 17 June 2021.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 92,729,348 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
