Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 51,322 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
An application has been made in respect of Ordinary Shares to be issued as part of the contingent consideration payable under the terms of the acquisition by Next 15 of the entire issued share capital of Palladium Group Limited, acquired on 2 April 2019.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 31 May 2022
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 98,058,713 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
