Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 40,246 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
The Ordinary Shares are expected to be issued as part of the deferred consideration payable under the terms of the acquisition by Next 15 of the entire issued share capital of CommunicateResearch Limited (trading as ComRes) noted in the Company’s announcement on 11 July 2019 .
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 10 September 2020.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 90,679,493 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
