The following information is released in accordance with DTR 5.6:
As at close of business on 31 July 2017, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 511,738,648 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure (511,738,648) can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
