Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplementary Prospectus dated 6 November 2017 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the £1,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Company guaranteed by West Midlands Travel Limited.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 3 October 2017.
