National Express Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Karen Geary, Non-Executive Director of the Company, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Nominations and Safety & Environment Committees of the Company's Board, has been appointed as a non-executive director and member of the audit, remuneration and nominations committees of PageGroup plc with effect from 1 April 2022. Karen will also assume the role of chair of the remuneration committee of PageGroup plc with effect from 1 May 2022.
