Third Quarter Trading Update
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge, and learning management systems, is pleased to provide a quarterly trading update for the three months ending September 30, 2015 (the "Q3") of the current financial year ending 31 December 2015.
Both revenue and invoiced sales for Q3 were above the comparable period in the previous year. In particular we are pleased to report a strong performance in Q3 from our secure Software as a Service ("SaaS") offering with invoiced sales increasing by 40% to US$2.8M (2014 Q3: US$2.0M) and revenue increasing by 24% to US$2.6M (2014 Q3: US$2.1M).
During Q3, the Company added a number of new clients across its target high consequence industries, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences. Importantly, the average first year contract value from direct new client wins increased 5% year on year.
Jay Shaw, Chief Executive Officer of NetDimensions, said: "We are pleased with the growth in business in the third quarter of the current year, in particular the growth in SaaS. This provides us with confidence going into the final quarter of the year."
