Directors' Share Dealing
The Company was today informed that on 7 January 2014 Roger Durn, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company sold 40,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of US$0.001 each in the Company at a price of 63 pence per share. In addition, Jay Shaw, Chief Executive Officer of the Company sold 50,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of US$0.001 each in the Company at a price of 72 pence per share and exercised 150,000 share options at 19.25 pence per share. These 150,000 new ordinary shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Application will be made for these ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which is expected to become effective on or around 17 January 2014.
Following Admission the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 38,067,326 with a nominal value of US$ 0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 38,067,326 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's DTR rules.
