Directors' Share Dealing
The Company was informed that Matthew Chaloner ("Directors"), Chief Financial Officer has today purchased 1,000 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"), equivalent to 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$3.05 per ADR.
The Company was also informed that Roger Philip Edward Durn ("Directors"), a Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Company had today sold 12,000 ADRs, equivalent to 60,000 ordinary shares at a price of US$ 3.05 per ADR.
The above trading in ADRs will lead to increased liquidity and trading on the OTCQX market for the Company's ADRs and will also raise the Company's profile within the United States investing community.
