Directors' Share Dealing
The Company was informed on 3 July 2013 that Roger Durn and Jay Shaw ("Directors"), had converted 60,000 ordinary shares and 300,000 ordinary shares to American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") respectively. The conversion will complete on 8 July 2013 at ratio of 5 ordinary shares to 1 ADR giving them a total of 12,000 ADRs and 60,000 ADRs respectively. The conversion was done as a straight swap with no price consideration being applicable.
Following the conversion, the Directors' holding in the share capital of the Company remained unchanged as set out below.

The 72,000 ADRs are expected to be admitted to trading on OTCQX on 8 July 2013. There is no change to the issued share capital of the Company which currently stands at 37,867,326 ordinary shares.
