Director/PDMR Shareholding
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, has been informed that on 16 September 2010 Sanjay Vaze, Non-Executive Director, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 23p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Vaze's total beneficial interest in the Company is 357,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of NetDimensions.
