Director/PDMR Shareholding
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, was informed today that Matthew Chaloner, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has cancelled his holding of 1,200 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"). The ADRs were returned to 6,000 ordinary shares at a ratio of 5 ordinary shares to 1 ADR. The conversion was undertaken as a straight swap with no price consideration being applicable.
Following the cancellation and conversion, Mr Chaloner's holding in the share capital of the Company is unchanged at 6,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
There is no change to the issued share capital of the Company which currently stands at 51,273,865 ordinary shares with voting rights.
