Transaction in own shares

10 November 2008 - The Board of Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of callback, auto-messaging and contact solutions, is pleased to announce that on 6 November 2008 the Company purchased in the market 280,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 11.6p per Ordinary Share. 

These shares are in addition to the 500,000 Ordinary Shares that were bought previously by the Company, as announced 30 October 2008. Applications are being made to have these 780,000 Ordinary Shares cancelled.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued share capital consists of 65,570,937 Ordinary Shares, of which the 780,000 Ordinary Shares to be cancelled are not included.
