Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, announces that Darryl Ofstedahl, a PDMR of the Company has exercised 53,458 options over ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of Netcall ("Ordinary Shares"). An additional 78,216 options were exercised by another employee and consequently the Company has allotted 131,674 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 131,674 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 28 June 2018.
The Company also announces that Darryl Ofstedahl, PDMR of the Company, sold 26,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 71.5 pence per ordinary share.
Total Voting Rights
The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 144,846,776 Ordinary Shares which includes 1,869,181 Ordinary Shares which are held in treasury. As such the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 142,977,595.
The above figure of 142,977,595 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
